BWA Executive Committee Resolution 1973-07.1

MOTION by G. H. Blackburn was seconded and carried:

22EC73 that the following statement be accepted—

BE IT RESOLVED that we, the members of the BWA Executive Committee express gratitude

To Almighty God for the fellowship and spiritual enrichment of these meetings and for His blessings and guidance upon our deliberations;

To the president, secretaries, and staff of the Alliance for their prayerful planning and dedicated leadership before and doing our meetings;

To all who serve on the departments, commissions, and committees of the Alliance;

To the Baptist Union of Switzerland, its president and his many helpers, for their warm hospitality and untiring effort in preparation for and conduct of these meetings.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that we all return to our countries to dedicate ourselves afresh to the service of God, to the proclamation of the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ and to be agents of the reconciling love of God to all men everywhere.
